Hi! My name is Brynn VanBlaricom. VB for short because no one wants to try to spell VanBlaricom (including me). Born and raised in the 901 and proud of it. I'm a wife of 8 years to my high-school sweetheart & a mom to a 4 year old boy who stole my heart and a baby girl who joined us in the spring of 2021. the three of them are the inspiration and motivation for everything I do. i'm a 7 on the enneagram which basically means i have serious FOMO, i'm always down for an adventure and i'm already so excited to meet you! my goal every day is to have at least one moment of pure joy and laugh until tears fall. 

things i love in no particular order: sunrises & sunsets. burning candles. binge watching tv shows with my husband. walking on grass with bare feet. exchanging a smile with a stranger in passing. chickfila sauce. driving with the windows down (unless i just washed my hair). fresh fluffy towels. harry potter. the smell of a newborn baby. rainy days if i don't have to leave the house. my job. you.

Why me?

choosing a photographer is not easy. I get it, and i'm so honored you're considering hiring me. I think what makes me different is that I care so much more about capturing genuine emotion and true human connection than i do about a perfect photograph. i sincerely believe that our authentic selves are better than any glamorized version, and i carry this belief into my work. I also believe that seeing beautiful, photographs of your life is very therapeutic and can change the way you see it. I'll be your third wheel, i'll burp your baby, i'll carry the train of your dress, i'll hug your mom, i'll laugh and cry with you. when you hire me, we're in it together.
